All our candles, floral arrangements, wax sachets, and hampers are handcrafted. Slight differences in visual appearance, color tones, surface smoothness, or scent distribution are natural and expected. They represent the uniqueness of human craftsmanship rather than flaws.
Customization options, scent variations, and packaging choices must be aligned and finalized prior to production. Payment guidelines will be detailed individually over WhatsApp to confirm booking.
It is the user's responsibility to burn candles safely. Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep out of reach of children and pets, and place on heat-resistant surfaces away from drafts.
