Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because every Radiance Candle is handcrafted individually and often personalized to customer choices, we maintain a strict cancellation and refund policy.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once production or customization has started on your order, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the event of:

• An order that is cancelled within the allowed 2-hour window.
• The rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order or deliver to your location.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
