At Radiance Candle, every item is individually handmade with care. Due to the personal and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive in good condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Your order details and phone number.
• Clear photos and video showing the damage, package label, and product condition.

Upon verification, we will happily coordinate a replacement item for you.

Natural Variations

As each candle is handmade, minor variations in color, texture, surface finish, and exact scent intensity are natural characteristics of artisanal wax crafting. These are unique traits and are not considered manufacturing defects.
