Processing Timelines

Since every candle is handcrafted in batches:

• **Standard Orders:** Dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• **Customized & Gift Hampers:** Dispatched within 4–7 business days depending on design complexity.
• **Corporate & Bulk Orders:** Delivery timelines will be discussed and committed individually.

Transit & Delivery Time

Once shipped, standard delivery timelines are:

• **Metro Cities:** 2–4 business days.
• **Rest of India:** 4–7 business days.

Tracking links will be shared with you on WhatsApp once the shipment is booked.

Packaging Care

Candles are delicate items. We use extensive premium bubble wrapping, thermacol packing, and sturdy card boxes to ensure safe transport. If you receive damaged items due to shipping mishandling, please report it within 24 hours.
